Is it normal to have red blotching (not bruises) to breasts 6 days after having a fat transfer to breasts?

I’m a registered nurse and my mind immediately goes to infection, however I realize a lot has been done to this area and perhaps this is normal? The blotches do blanche when being touched, they are distinct and do not come and go, they are not the result of heat/being flushed.

You may have some inflammation, but not infection, in the red areas. However, do let your surgeon check you to make sure there is no low grade infection.
