Expalnted a year ago after having implants for almost three years. No breast tissue really left & adhesions have occurred. I’m not sure if having a fat transfer will help me look more normal. I really just want the little bit that I had before implants which was a small A. Im not sure if it’s possible with the adhesions. My implants were 300 cc under the muscle. They bottomed out after nursing and had grade 4 capsular contracture.

Answer: The Bellesoma Lift Women are dissatisfied with explant alone. After your 330 cc implants were removed the skin did not contract. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. If you undergo fat transfers without a lift, your breasts will look like pancakes and will not have projection. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Fat Transfer After Implant Removal You'll really need an in-person exam. I think you need a good bit of volume, plus the scar tissue may make it harder to get a good result from fat grafting alone. An implant (even though you may be at risk of contracture again) possibly with ADM to cover it may be a better option.
