Can I use my own fat for more rounded bigger perky breast? No implants. (photos)

Question

Do I need to get the lollipop/anchor incisions for the lift and higher position? Can my breast be filled with fat where my middle space is so they look close/together? How much fat can you add for augmentation? Can all this be achieved by only adding my own fat? Please review my pics.The first two pics its me. The rest pics are what Ive found here on realself with breast fat transfer results and similar to what I want to achieve. Please give me your best advice and realistic expectations. Thanks

Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. Fat transfer can help since the fat can be placed around the breast to attempt more symmetry. Provided you have enough fat to use, a modest amount can be transferred to the breasts.An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.

In general, 200 cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons.  It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer.  Multiple transfers would be required for additional cc's.
Fat is injected through multiple planes in small amounts to the tissue through one tiny incision under each breast.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred donor sites.
Results are largely dependent upon the skill of the surgeon, his/her ability to remove fat without creating contour deformities, and your expectations. You would need a consultation to determine the available fat stores.

You are a good candidate with a lift either with the lollipop or anchor.  Personally I would do the lollipop with an implant.  You can try fat injections but don’t expect much from it.  You should review photographs of patients who have had fat injections to the breasts on various websites.  You will see the result are not impressive.

You will need a lift to raise and reshape your breasts. If you want breasts the size of the photos, you will need implants. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options. Fat grafting will give some fullness, but not to that size nor give the roundness you want.

Fat grafting is one of the lesser invasive options to increase breast size and improve the shape. The main advantage of fat grafting is that it has lesser risks of complications, and would have a much shorter downtime as compared to breast augmentation. However, if your goal is bigger, perkier breasts, breast implants are the best option since these will greatly increase the breast size and could add more shape to the breasts. The best course of action would be to schedule an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for an in-person examination and a detailed discussion of your surgical options.

First, the procedure rightfully is fat grafting not transfer. Transfer implies 100% movement from one place to another when in reality there is always some loss of fat cells and volume with this surgery. There is also a limit to how much can be transferred at one session. The surgery is very unique to each person. Please seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
