I had double jaw surgery to correct an underbite. This resulted in making it harder for me to breathe. Above the tip if my nose feels constantly congested. I read somewhere that double jaw surgery damages the nasal septum cartilage. I was also wondering if insurance would cover to fix this issue?

And they are sooo wide, really, it makes me wonder why the surgeon didn't narrow them at the time of your procedure, and splint them so they stayed narrow. You might want to re-evaluate him...
