I’ve had my breast implants for over 14 years and I want them removed (they don’t bother me however I just don’t want anymore surgery down the road I’m over it!) I will be getting a tummy tuck to repair my muscles and liposuction. I will remove my implants and do a lift at the same time and fat transfer to my breast. How many CC’s max can be injected? Prior to surgery I was a full B after my implants I’ve been a DD (Victoria secret bras) what is realistically expected after this a C cup?

The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
