Can an alar base reduction be performed without changing the shape of the nostrils? My nostrils are triangular(almost heart shaped) I don’t want to change the shape of my nostrils but I would like the width of my actual nose to be brought in slightly...is there anyway for this to be done without changing the shape of my nostrils dramatically but preferably at all?

It is certainly possible to reduce the width of your nostrils and narrow that region. However, you would need a consultation to make sure that the tip region does not have to be addressed as well as alterations there can affect your tip position and overall appearance of your nose.
