Is 50 years old safe to do a tummy tuck?

I want to go ahead with the surgery for a tummy tuck, I went for a consultation with some doctors some of them told me is not safe for a 50 y with BMI ABOUT 30 I am 33 BMI others told me no problem I can do it, and please advise me.
