Right implant lower than left at 1 year post-op - what should I do? (photos)

Intuitive417236
I had my procedure exactly a year ago. I started noticing around 4-6 months post op that my right implant dropped bit more than my left. My right feels slightly more lose and sensitive than my left. I decided to wait a year to see if my left would drop evenly to my right implant but it seems like it is not going anywhere. I lift/workout and tend to use my right arm a lot more than my left. Should I be concerned? Stop lifting? Continue to use compression band for my left implant? (I'm 5'3''/32AA to 32C/345CC's)
