Hi there I’m 36 and I have had one child ,so now I’m a deflated B. I’m looking for volume and dominant cleavage and I stuck between gummy bear mod plus and high profile. I know the mod plus will achieve volume through out the entire breast and some projection, but I don’t want to end up to wide. As for HP I know there more narrow with an upper pole. The way my breast sit is what is making this so difficult I don’t want to come out with a wide gap.
Answer: Implants I am not a fan of the gummy implants since they are firmer and carry more long term risks. I prefer the smooth round implants for a softer feel and long life span. I do recommend placing them behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness and avoiding seeing the implant edge. Measurements will tell what profile is needed based on the size selected.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them. Answer: Selecting an implant It is best that you return to your surgeon to further discuss your goals for surgery. Many surgeons have sample implants you can "try on" to help you get an idea of how you may look after surgery. Your surgeon will combine your measurements with your goals/concerns to help you select the implant that's recommended for you.

Answer: Mini lift with small implants Implants alone will not solve your problem. Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, small implants can be placed totally submuscular. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: What size would be best? Moderate plus implants or high profile 325-355cc? (photo) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Breast implant selection is an exciting, but stressful part of the breast augmentation process as there are so many choices. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. I would recommend continuing to discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon or seek additional consultations to ensure that the implants you decide upon are the right ones to meet your expectations. Best wishes!
