Can I have surgery even though I'm in remission from CRPS?

It is important to clear your surgery with your primary doctor and to let your plastic surgeon know your full medical history to ensure a safe procedure. It is likely you may need to stage some of your procedures into two different surgeries, as it is difficult to undergo and recovery from a tummy tuck and buttock augmentation at the same time. You should be able to proceed with surgery.  However it is important to review your complete medical history with your surgeon as well as all medication and supplements that you are taking.  Some medications that are commonly used for these conditions may need to be stopped prior to surgery.  Your surgeon will let you know for sure.
