Told Not to Wear Compression Garment and Be Active After Abdominoplasty/lipo. Now Have Seroma. What is the Treatment Guideline?

HoopersJudge
My PS told me not to wear compression garment after my TT/lipo/mons. His PA told me the same and that I should be active right after my TT. He said be on your feet more than off and walking was good to do. Surgeon also cleared me to drive my car 700 mi when I was 8 days post op. Now I have a seroma and the skin from my naval to my pubic region and out to my hip bones is not sticking to the fascia. What do Tx guidelines specify after TT? He casually told me to see PS locally or he would see me.
