I want to get BBL but it costs about 20K here in Japan(Using VASER Lipo injecting very pure fat using centrifugal separator) and the doctor doesn't inject more than 350cc for each. Not because he can't harvest fat but it is a huge risk inserting more than 350. He told me I will be able to have a very tiny waist so 350cc will be more than enough. What do you think?? If it is not worth it...I'm asian, 168cm and 61kg. Any suggested doctor I can go after this COVID?? Thank you for reading and help
Answer: Cost of procedure Dear jptokyo841449, the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.). It would be the best to visit or call plastic surgery offices and ask for a price. Answer: 20K for 350CC pure fat injection (BBL) with small scars. Worth it? (Photo) Your BMI falls within the normal range for having lipo/BBL. Fat can be harvested from the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, back, etc. and transferred to the hips and buttocks. In almost all but the thinnest patients I can transfer at least 1200 cc per buttock. You will find that the results are very much surgeon dependent. Transferring 600cc to each buttock will give you a noticeable but conservative difference. The final shape of the buttocks is largely determined by the starting anatomy, the distensibility of the tissues injected, and the surgical skill employed by the plastic surgeon. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. By the time you add travel costs to/from Japan to the USA and housing accommodations for a week or two, the $20K quoted by your surgeon may be realistic.

Answer: Lipo + BBL Candidate Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards

Answer: 20K for 350CC pure fat injection (BBL) with small scars. Worth it? (Photo) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: The value of cosmetic surgery The most important variable is the skill and experience of the plastic surgeon. You can confirm this by having in person consultations asking the surgeon to show all of the before and after pictures of this procedure. And experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulties showing anywhere between 20 to 50 sets of before and after pictures. The most important variable is the skill and experience of the plastic surgeon. You can confirm this by having in person consultations asking the surgeon to show all of their before and after pictures of this procedure. An experienced plastic surgeon should have no difficulties showing anywhere between 20 to 50 sets of before and after pictures. Confirm that after pictures are always taken at least three months from the date of surgery. Early postoperative pictures can be very impressive but are not at all indicative of final results. When things go wrong with this procedure is most commonly poorly done Liposuction. I don’t think centrifuging fat is all that important but it does make it slightly more concentrated. 350 mL of spun fat is probably something like 450-500mL of fat separated by gravity. If the fat is only grafted into the gluteal region and that may be completely sufficient. If it includes grafting into the hips and down into the thigh that it may be a conservative amount. The skill and experience of the surgeon is the single most important variable. Whether that price represents value for you is a decision you have to make. I always recommend interviewing multiple plastic surgeons and confirm their experience and results by asking to see as many before and after pictures as possible. This is a way for the patient to confirm how many of these procedures this provider has performed. Both Liposuction and fat transfer require a lot of anticipation because results on the table do not reflect final results from the procedure. Experience is key for getting these results right on a consistent basis. When in doubt interview more plastic surgeons through in person consultations again, asking to see all of their before and after pictures for this procedure. Seeing one or two very impressive examples does not give patients any idea of what average results look like and it’s certainly not confirmative of having great amounts of Experience. Overall you look like a very good candidate for the procedure so the only variable left is to find the most talented plastic surgeon in your community. Japan is probably a fairly expensive place to have cosmetic surgery so that price may be normal for your area. I don’t recommend traveling for elective surgical procedures so I would encourage you to stay local. I’m quite certain there are many very very talented plastic surgeons where you live. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
