Can I get tattoo removal after BBL?

Question

I have a tattoo on my butt. I am getting a BBL (Brazilian butt lift / fat transfer ) and would like to get the tattoo removed afterwards.. would i be able to do that with out messing up my results ?

It would be best to wait 6 months after fat transfer, until full sensation returns to the butt skin, before doing tattoo removal. Good luck.

The older the tattoo, the better candidate it is for speedy removal. Your tattoo removal site is at risk for infection and additional stress on the immune system during healing. Have the board certified PS who performs your BBL provide clearance for you to proceed with the tattoo removal when you are fully healed from the BBL.

generally speaking, you should be able to remove tattoo once you are fully healed after BBL surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

It’s unlikely tattoo removal treatments will hurt your BBL.

Perhaps wait until you’re healed up from the BBL properly before having laser treatments
