Thank you for your question. This needs to be determined after a physical evaluation. for safety reasons, to be a good candidate for the procedures you want, your labs, and cardiovascular preoperative evaluation must be optimal.Kind Regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Hello darling,You should tell this to your plastic surgeon and talk to your primary doctor to get authorization for the surgery. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.
You should discuss this issue with your surgeon and anesthesia provider ahead of surgery and make them aware of your condition. During BBL surgery patient is placed usually in two positions; on the back and later on on the stomach. This positioning may affect your nerve injury; your surgical team needs to provide adequate care and positioning to avoid further nerve damage. Good luck.
Having a pinched nerve in your shoulder should not interfere with you having a BBL. Tell your board certified PS if your shoulder or arm should be supported on the OR table in a certain way during the BBL to prevent you experiencing additional pain during the procedure.
Dear Cheerful719392,pinched nerve in shoulder will not prevent you from getting BBL surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Unless your pinched shoulders prevents you from holding certain positions I don’t see why this should prevent you from getting a BBL.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
It’s unlikely tattoo removal treatments will hurt your BBL. Perhaps wait until you’re healed up from the BBL properly before having laser treatments Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
