Is the lumpiness on top normal will it go away
Answer: Today I took my first shower and looked at my belly. Is this lumpiness normal? (Photo) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and congratulations on your TT procedure. The lumpiness you see is from suturing techniques to help limit your incision length, causing pleating of your skin. As you go on to heal you should see steady improvement. Hang in there!

Answer: First shower Way too early to decide and judge anything from this type of surgery. Make sure you follow all your surgeons recommendation and directions. If you are concerned about anything particular you should have them assess it for you. IT is hard for us to do this from this forum with just photos this soon after surgery. Good luck. Hope this helps.

Answer: Discuss with your surgeon Lumpiness and contour irregularity is common immediately after body contouring. It would be best to discuss with your surgeo because it depends on what operative maneuvers were done that could have led to the development of this issue. Good luck.

Answer: Lumpy This should resolve with time. Often we put pleats in the skin to shorten the overall scar length and it looks like this is what is going on. Time takes care of smoothing this out. Possibly a revision may come into play, but most likely not. Be patient and I bet a year after surgery you will be very pleased!
