It’s so frustrating why is my body like this? I’m 28 years old and it doesn’t matter what I wear it’s like I have a 2nd fat roll below my lower abdomen along with a camel toe. Even when I wear dresses it sticks out like I have stuffed underwear or something. I’m 5’6 and 153.3 lbs but no matter what I do I can’t get rid of it! Is there anything I can do?

If it makes you feel any better, you are not alone. It is not uncommon to have focal fat excess in that area, and many people who have this feel they cannot seem to get rid of it with simply weight loss. If it is a matter of volume alone, you can have liposuction to this area, and it helps a lot. If there is loose skin present too, you may also need skin excision and a lift performed. Photos would help to answer this question better, and an in person exam would be the best way to get accurate advice on what is best for you specifically.

can always be improved with small procedures from liposuction along all the way to a formal monsplasty.  Invest in a consultation and find a surgeon that has all the tools in his/her tool bag so that you can be offered every opportunity to achieve your goal.  You do not have to live with that second roll!  As for the camel toe, a majora reduction may also be indicated, depending on what your excess are determined to be.

Its hard to tell without a photo or an exam but liposuction of the mons pubis might be solution you are looking for.  Another thought would be Kybella, which is an injection that can dissolve fat in localized areas.
