Im 23 and didnt undergo any pregnancy.i have large breast for my frame and i want to know whether my breasts are sagging. And i would like to have suggestion to make it firmer

Answer: Breast reduction Thanks for your question! Your breasts are droopy, but that's likely from genetics. Unfortunately, there is no way to make breast tissue firmer. You could always reduce the breasts and then come back to add an implant. That's likely your best bet to feel "firmer". Good luck!

Answer: Breast size From your photos it appears your breasts sag, with the nipple located below the level of the breast fold. This can be corrected with a breast lift. If you feel your breasts are too large you can also consider a reduction along with the lift. The incision pattern would be the same.
