My breast don't pain when not pressed when ever I'm intimate with my husband he usually touches too hard. I didn't feel pain that much before but now I do it's quite sensitive. How can I feel normal again? Durning day to day activity it does not pain at all but it is gotten larger as well.

This does not appear to be a bruise. It may be the result of the steroid injections. An in person evaluation is best, but you may have improvement with laser treatments. I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation.
