Hello, the skin excess on your abdomen area is mostly on vertical vector, which a standard tummy tuck will help to fix. The skin excess for the horizontal vectors are fixed with FDL tummy tuck with a scar on the midline hard to cover with bikini or underwears. Your horizontal skin is not that much as I see from the photos. Physical examination can change the decisions but for these photos my recommendation is a standard tummy tuck with a little extended scar on the sides + liposuction. regards

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape.
