Would tip plasty be enough for my face to look more harmonious? (Photos)

I've always never liked my nose. It feels like it's too big and wide and masculine. I was wondering if instead of a full rhinoplasty I could get away with just getting the base and tip of the nose done or maybe some other procedures to make it less noticeable.

You would benefit from a tip rhinoplasty.  The question is whether your bony base of your nose is broad as well.  You need to be examined in person to make the final decision.

Hello from Istanbul! To address your desire for a more feminine appearance, I recommend opting for a full rhinoplasty. In your case, this should not present significant issues in terms of healing and aftercare. Relying solely on a tip procedure might need to be very conservative, as it could make your nasal bones appear disproportionately wide. And I'm not sure whether you will be satisfied with such a conservative approach. An in-person consultation would help delineate the kind of nose you want and the exact steps needed to get there. I do not believe that an isolated tip-plasty and alarplasty would be beneficial since that might lead to a wider appearance of your nasal bridge. Judo photos rarely tell the whole story. You may decide to have a tip plasty alone since there is no major dorsal hump or deviation. The main thing to remember is that everything is relative. When the tip of your nose is smaller, the bridge of your nose will appear wider. If you understand that your tip will be significantly improved and the bridge of your nose will seem a little wider, then tip plasty will work well for you.

No, a tip plasty it's only a component of your nose. To narrow the nose requires a full rhinoplasty which includes osteotomies to narrow the nasal bones, a tip plasty to narrow the nasal tip cartilages, and an alar plasty to narrow wide nostrils. You also have thick skin in the tip of the nose which is going to prevent significant refinement in that area of the nasal tip itself.

Improving the nasal tip to achieve an improved natural appearing cosmetic result is a frequent request of patients wanting nasal refinement. It is possible to improve the cosmetic appearance of the tip alone without altering the rest of the nose in some patients. Whether the optimal option in your particular situation would be a tip rhinoplasty alone or a full rhinoplasty would best be determined at a consultation. Either procedure can be performed with a closed or open approach.

Following the advice from a surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what to do based on limited photos without examining you, physically feeling the tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history, and discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your best interest. I would suggest you find a plastic surgeon with extensive nasal surgery experience who is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS)  that you trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that surgeon in person.
