I've always never liked my nose. It feels like it's too big and wide and masculine. I was wondering if instead of a full rhinoplasty I could get away with just getting the base and tip of the nose done or maybe some other procedures to make it less noticeable.

Answer: You appear to have a wide nasal appearance in the upper middle and lower 1/3 of your nose. I do not believe that an isolated tip-plasty and alarplasty would be beneficial since that might lead to a wider appearance of your nasal bridge. Judo photos rarely tell the whole story.
