What is this tiny red bump on my lip surface look like and is it okay before I get lip fillers? (Photos)

I've had this little bump for about 6-7 years or so, as far as I can remember I want born with it. I don't smoke cigarettes but have smoked blunts before. It doesn't itch or hurt. There's a little one on the top lip too, both which have a little hyperpigmentation next to them. They both don't hurt or itch or burn. What could this be? I will be seeing a dermatologist, I want to make sure it's okay before I get lip filler. Thank you.

For diagnosis and treatment of any skin problem, no doubt you should see a dermatologist in person. That said, this is almost certainly a benign vascular growth, either a venous lake or capillary hemangioma. Your dermatologist can easily & safely laser that with 1-2 treatments.
