I am 68, good health, prior face and neck lift 28 years ago. My neck shows my age much more than my face. I’m just wondering if in doing the neck lift, is any skin affected in my lower face?

Answer: Neck and lower facelift Standard photos with hair pulled back (front, oblique, side view chin neutral, side view chin down) are needed to give you an accurate assessment. Generally speaking, in order to perform a modern neck lift, you will need at least a lower facelift to ensure a harmonious transition across the jaw line.
