1yr ago I had a neck lift (neck lipo, internal neck lift, and laser resurfacing) I have maintained a steady weight but this is what my results look like. What can be done to improve them ?
Answer: Deep neck anatomy The superficial anatomy of the neck consists of the platysma and subcutaneous fat. To get an optimal cervicomental angle and a nice neck line you need to be assessed for those deep structures. Unfortunately, if you have excess ski this may involve incisions to reframe that skin. A board certified plastic surgeon can help examine you and guide you through the above. Best of luck!

Answer: Why a revision may be right for you Thank you for submitting your question and photos. You may benefit most from a neck lift revision with platysmaplasty to tighten the muscles of the neck. Lifting the deeper tissues prior to excising loose skin can produce firm, natural-looking results and create a well-defined neck and jawline contour. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to review your surgical history and determine the best approach to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Answer: Need to come in to consult For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest reaching out to an expert for a consultation with surgical and non-surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Neck lift results hi, can you show pictures of what it looked like before surgery ? did you have incisions under the chin and around the ears? it looks like you need a full neck lift, as there is plenty of skin excess that needs to be removed. That means we make incisions under the chin, tighten the muscle and incisions around the ears to lift and tighen the skin.

Answer: Improve my neck lift results Aloha. Sorry to hear about your bad experience and thanks for sharing your photo. Returning to your original surgeon is generally the best option. But getting a second opinion[in person] from an experienced Surgeon, Certified by The American Board Of Plastic Surgery[ ABPS] and a member of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), can be helpful. Mahalo and Best Wishes, Dr Dieffenbach
