I can't be too specific due to not seeing you before surgery and not knowing the exact techniques uses and your initial postop course. However, it may be that you had a collection of blood and/or fluid under the neck skin which has persisted. This can be partially absorbed but also turn into inflammatory or scar tissue. You might benefit from steroid injections there if the fullness is firm (scar tissue) or even ultrasound treatments. Otherwise, after several months of healing, if the fullness and apparent looseness persists, you might benefit from another necklift to retighten and remove any excess tissue.

It would be very difficult to advise you about particular rejuvenation procedures without in person evaluation and discussion about your goals. Deep neck lines, which are part of this problem, are best treated with injection of nano fat grafts.
