Hi, I had a rhinoplasty, short scar neck lift (submental incision only) with some submandibular gland removal and chin implant 8 months ago. I am very happy With everything apart from a very prominent vertical neck band. I had a very full neck with oblique contour and my neck is so much better in many ways but this awful band spoils it. Personally, I really believe it is loose skin rather than muscle (the surgeon did a platysmaplasty last time). I’m wondering if this can be fixed/ softened?
