Fat transfer to "hip dips" during mommy makeover? (Photo)

Hello! Later this year I'm planning on getting a Mommy Makeover done (Breast Lift, Tummy Tuck & Vaginoplasty), and I was wondering if it's possible to get some Fat Transfered to my "hip dips". I don't have very much fat (I'm 5'7" 140 with 23% body fat currently) but i wanted the fat that is on my flanks to be moved down to the hip dip area. Is this possible at the same time as everything else? How much more would it cost? Thank you for your time.

Hello and thank you for your question.  Fat grafting to the hips can be performed during a mommy makeover. Based on your photograph, you are a
great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction.  This can be done
through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look
natural and have no scars on the exterior. 
Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A breast lift can be performed at the same
time for improved shape and contour of your breasts.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.   Make sure you specifically
look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this
surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.  The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

I appreciate your question. It is possible to transfer fat into the hip areas from the tummy or another part of your body carrying extra fatty tissues which will be receiving liposuction. 
The fat is removed and temporarily stored outside the body and then injected into the desired area. About 60% of the fat injected will make it! The other 40% will not make it. Speak to your surgeon about the details and discuss your goals!
