What would be the costs here in Fresno area for a mommy make over? 5”0 114 LB I would like to achieve my small tiny Petite waist again. I know it’s somewhere underneath that extra skin on my stomach. I have included a wish pic.

Thanks for the question. Based on your photographs, you seem to have done a nice job ( through healthy lifestyle)...  In order to help reverse some of the effects of child bearing, many women choose to have a "mommy makeover". A mommy makeover can involve ANY of the areas affected by pregnancy:  most commonly a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation and/or lift (mastopexy).  Other commonly requested surgical procedures include liposuction surgery and/or genitalia surgery.
 Also, based on the photographs, you seem to be a good candidate for tummy tuck surgery. Generally speaking, the “ideal” patient for mommy makeover surgery is one who has completed pregnancies, is psycho socially/emotionally/financially stable, has an excellent social support system surrounding him/her, is capable of arranging enough recovery time, does not smoke and who has reached a long-term stable weight.
 
When it comes to costs of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.
 
  In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery.
***Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.   
 I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways.   Best wishes.

The cost will vary from surgeon to surgeon and will depend on the specific procedures you choose. You appear to be a great candidate for a tummy tuck with waist enhancement which will give you a smaller waist. For my practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, a mommy makeover usually runs between $15,00 and $20,000 depending on the extent of the surgery. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Patients who are wanting to remove fat as well as loose skin, and tighten their abdomen area, are typically great candidates for a tummy tuck procedure as it addresses all of those concerns. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon near you for an examination. Cost differs by the region you are wanting to have your cosmetic procedure. Dear tawny2016,the cost of surgery depends on a lot of factors (type of surgery, number of treated areas, anesthesia fee, surgeon, facility fee, city, etc.).
