its a good technique that is sometimes employed in newborns within the first few days of being born. if you wish to pull your ears back then you will have to undergo surgery. its actually not a major surgery. the recovery is very easy. and the scars are always gonna be hidden. they disappear after about 3 months or so. there are some pics of ear pinning surgery on my IG account @drmisbahkhan6 you can get an idea of where the incision is and how quickly it heals
