I am 38 and beginning to see the signs of aging on my neck. I looked into doing some non-invasive skin tightening (with Morpheus or FaceTite) but then I read how unlikely it is to see results and wasn't sure I should waste my time and money. I don't think I'm ready to go with a full neck lift so was considering Botox or perhaps another non surgical option. Though if a surgical option is the only one that provide real results, I would definitely consider it. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated!
Answer: Skin tightening Hi @Phantom1030! Morpheus8 is a non-surgical treatment for full body skin resurfacing, skin tightening, and fat reduction of stubborn areas. It uses minimally invasive fractional radiofrequency energy (RF) to penetrate the skin deeper than other microneedling devices, triggering the skin’s natural healing response to promote skin tightening and lifting.

Answer: Skin Tightening for the Neck -- Kybella, Ultherapy, PDO NovaThreads, Thermage vs VASER Lipo w/ ThermiRF, Neck Lift A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a long-term treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Options for tightening and rejuvenating the neck There are several nonsurgical options to help tighten the neck and I think you would be a good candidate for them. I offer both Ultherapy and ThermiTight in my practice for this purpose. Ultherapy delivers ultrasound energy deep into the connective tissue, where it leads to constriction and increased collagen levels. As collagen is produced, the skin becomes smoother and firmer. ThermiTight uses tiny probes to send radiofrequency energy deep into the dermal structure to produce a similar effect. Microneedling radiofrequency devices can also tighten the neck skin and I offer Intracel at my practice. Make sure you work with an experienced, board-certified dermatologist who has the experience and training to customize your treatment for the best possible results.

Answer: Tightening the skin without surgery Thank you for your question. Based on your age and your photos, I believe a nonsurgical skin tightening treatment could give you a very nice result. In my practice, we use ThermiTight, which delivers radiofrequency energy into the deep dermal and connective tissue via tiny probes. The gentle heating of the RF energy constricts tissue and boosts collagen production by the body for skin that becomes smoother and firmer from the inside out. Results can be both dramatic and long-lasting. Make sure you work with an experienced, board-certified dermatologist to ensure an optimal outcome.
