Can Botox be used to flip the bottom lip down? Or what treatment can be used? I don’t want a fuller lip, I just want to flip the bottom lip to give it more as an semi circle shape at the bottom?

It is unlikely to be from the Botox - unless your provider happened to traumatize the tissue and you had unusual bruising in the area. In some cases, patients will see a perceived 'dent' in a certain area, but it is really an area that is in between two hyperactive muscle zones.
It would most prudent to wait at least 3 days before getting any kind of facial after botox injection to avoid unintended migration of the neurotoxin. Always consult with a board certified medical expert for your Botox needs.
Hi @Easygoing8583. I would recommend an in person evaluation to determine how many units are necessary. Typically, I recommend 64 units for a full correction which includes the forehead, frown lines, and crow's feet. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
