Botox to flip the bottom lip?

Can Botox be used to flip the bottom lip down? Or what treatment can be used? I don’t want a fuller lip, I just want to flip the bottom lip to give it more as an semi circle shape at the bottom?

I think your best bet is to get plasma pen skin treatment for the lower lip. This will get you a nice lip flip in most cases.

Yes, you can flip the bottom lip with Botox. It's a quick and easy procedure. Personally, I use Jeaveau on mine.

In a similar fashion to an upper lip flip with Botox, a lower lip flip can be performed. The injector will use a similar number of units as an upper lip flip.

I don't think you will get the desired effect from Botox in this area.  You may want to consider a small amount of filler to sculpt the lips.  Be sure to see an expert injector for treatment.
