As long as you are not getting botox done to the same region you had the tattoo, I don't see an issue.
It really depends. If the Botox is being injected in the upper face, then the answer is yes. If you are having Botox injected around the mouth, I would wait until another day.
Thank you for sharing your question. Yes you should be able to have both done the same day. Hope this helps.
I would not see a problem with having a Botox treatment to the face after having a tattoo treatment on the lip. It should not be an issue to have these treatments on the same day.
There should be no problem in getting Botox in the upper face after having your lips tattooed earlier that day. However - if you are requesting botox around the lips ("lip flip" or "lipstick lines") then I would wait 1 week. If you are getting treated with botox in any area outside of the lip tattoo area - then it is safe. (E.g. forehead, #11 or crow's feet, masseters, etc...)
Thank you for your question. As long as you did not have any adverse reaction to the lip tattoo it should be safe. I hope this helps!
I would avoid Botox in the tattooed lip area until any swelling has resolved. Botox can be injected in other areas the same day.
Yes, you can.On a separate note, ensure that you understand what the tattooist has in mind re. your lips.
Yes, it should be fine for you to have both Botox and lip tattoo done on the same day. Enjoy your results!
Thank you for asking this question. With the rise of facial tattooing being popular this is a pertinent question to ask. Just as long as botox is not injected in the lips for a lip flip or around the mouth, you can have facial botox later in the day after the tattoo. Lip tattoo can cause swelling around the mouth so avoiding this area till swelling goes down is my suggestion. Hope this helps.
Hi there. It might be worth trying a lip flip first as the results only last roughly 2 months. The product wears off faster here than higher areas of the face (3-4 months) due to the frequency and intensity of movement of the muscles around the mouth which help us to talk and chew. So if you...
Yes, it can. This problem can arise with the activation of your depressor septi nasalis muscles below your nose. When they activate with certain activities like smiling, this can pull the tip of your nose down. This can be treated with botox or surgically with the removal of the muscle.
Botox can help restore symmetry to an otherwise asymmetric face. Although, the issue is often a hyperactive muscle and in your particular case it sounds like the depressor anguli oris muscle. Targeting this muscle with Botox can deactivate the muscle and help give you the look that you want.
