7.5 weeks after, would you consider this to be inner thigh shading, bruising or discoloration? My doctor says it’s just shadin

I had Lipo on my inner thighs 7.5 weeks ago (May 25) my doctor has told me it’s just shading but I can always see it, it seems a lot worse than just shading. I have attached a few different photos in various lighting, I would like other opinions. Thank you or your time
