I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease bruising, discoloration, and swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.   This type of discoloration is from agressive liposuction or heating that damages the superficial blood vessels.   We call this erythema ab liposuction and has no cure.   You can try RF treatments or vascular lasers to try and help give improvement.  See an expert.
