Sweating after liposuction normal? I had lipo done 2 months ago on the back and front.

I normally don't sweat much,but I recently started sweating a lot in the belly area and middle part of my back. Is that a normal thing after liposuction? I'm assuming it got something to do with the nerves but should I worry about it?
