How long does it last? What is average cost? How risky is it? Would Botox be a better choice?
Answer: Botox first for crow's feet. If your main concern is crow's feet - then botox would be the most effective and cost-effective treatment. It would cost between $180-$300 depending on the severity of the wrinkles. It lasts 3-4 months and you can repeat it as often as you like. From my experience - Thermage is not worth the money. It's a completely different treatment and I don't really see the "skin tightening" effects that you might expect given the cost. It's usually for the entire face and/or neck so if your main concern are the crow's feet - then botox would be the better choice.

Answer: Botox for Crow’s Feet Botox and Thermage are very different treatments. Depending on your goals, Botox may be the better option. Botox lasts up to four months and may be a more cost-conscious option. Cost often varies depending on where you live.

Answer: Botox or Thermage for Crow's Feet Wrinkles Botox and Thermage are 2 completely different treatments and work in different ways to achieve their results. The best would be to use them both in combination. If you had to choose just one, then I would choose Botox as the main reason for crow's feet wrinkles is because of repetitive muscle use. Botox will weaken the muscle. Results last 3-4 months. I'm not a big fan of Thermage as I think there are better options out there. Make sure you see an experienced physician for an in-person consultation and evaluation. Best wishes.

Answer: Improving Wrinkles around the Eye (Crow's Feet) -- Botox / Xeomin / Dysport, fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP Botox can be used to improve wrinkles around the eye. Deeper wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox and lasers, microneedling/prp and fillers. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Botox versus Thermage for Crows feet wrinkles treatment Crows feet wrinkles are dynamic/movement wrinkles and thus benefit most from a neuromodulator such as Botox much more than it would with Thermage.
