It has been 3 weeks since my surgery and I am concerned about a bump that is located on the upper right side of my nose bridge. Before my surgery my nose was straight, however since I had my bump removed my nose has looked as though it is deviating to the right and is crooked. I'm hoping this crookedness is due to the bump that was left over from the surgery (whether it be swelling or residual bone). Is my nose crooked and deviating or is the bump throwing off the overall look?

The recovery following the procedure you describe should be brief. Oftentimes nasal adhesions can be treated in the office. Being that you are needing to go to the OR for this, I would expect you to need a few days to recover, but it should not be as long as your septoplasty recovery.
