Smell from the nose 1 year after rhinoplasty. Is there a cure?

My surgeon has prepared me before the operation that there are numerous complaints after nasal surgery about bad smell coming from the nose and he said the reason is unknown. I am experiencing it now and it's unpleasant. Is there a cure to it?

There seems to be a lot of swelling on your nose from the front view at the level of the tip and above. There is also some asymmetry of the ala which could be due to swelling. The nose seems slightly over-rotated and the tip over-projected. This could also be due to swelling. In my experience...
