Seen a doctor and they said that my chubby cheeks are mostly sagging skin rather than fat but when I grab it, it rolls into a bulge with a diameter of approx 1.3 cm, which I think is mostly fat as I don't think face skin can be that thick (even if double layered). I’m 34, Male, South Asian, 76kg, on-and-off smoker. Been considering mesolipo (I've done this once before) but also looking at facetite/lower facelift or thermage? Any suggestions? Note I’ve just lost 13kg in the last 4months
