I'm planning on a neck/lower face lift. Is it not a good idea to have a family member ( someone caring and willing) take care of me post op vs a hire post op nurse? What are the reasons a post op care nurse would be better than a family member, aside from cost.

One thing to consider is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. In your photographs, your corners are quite downturned.

Based on your nicely posted photos, I recommend removal of the temple implants and replacement with fat grafting. And redo full face mini lift with correction of inappropriate pre-ear incisions. Fee $12,000. Best virtual consult with.
