8 weeks after tummy tuck and painful bellybutton plus hard under my incision. (photo)

I am 8 weeks post op for tummy tuck, I have pain in my bellybutton. Also my stomach above my belly button is swollen and under my belly button is hard and still swollen. Should I go back to my surgeon?
