I have swelling after beard transplant. Is this normal? (photos)

If there was facial nerve damage you need to see a doctor in person for an examination.Sometimes it is normal to have swelling after surgery but rare after one month.Swelling can be a sign of infection.  (No way to tell with photos alone.)

Swelling is not unusual after a beard transplant If you had facial nerve damage, you would not be able to smile, but that is not your complaint so I am assuming you will be fine, just wait it out. If you are worried, return to your doctor and ask him/her.

Usually with beard transplant, the swelling starts about the third day and should resolve mostly by two weeks.  On so e rare cases the swelling may be prolonged for up to a month.  But to put your mind at ease, it's best to do a follow up visit with your physician to. Ale sure there is no underlying issue.
