I like to have my patients use a copper peptide spray which seems to help healing and decrease the redness a little quicker. You may try sleeping with your head slightly elevated with an extra pillow or two. Part of the process is the redness and hopefully should be mostly gone in a week regardless of what you apply. The work looks first class. The redness will go away shortly so be patient. If it persists beyond another week, ask your doctor to consider topical steroids on it.
Your hair loss specialist should have given you a cleaning regiment to follow. If the redness is due to scabs, by now you can wash and clean regularly and entry touch so they start to fall off. However if you are experiencing cyst like redness, you may have folliculitis, you can start doing warm compresses and call your doctor for further instructions if it doesn't go away.
