I'm seeing some progress now at the middle of week 4 and I'm shaving every week. The thin hair that is coming out with minoxidil will be destroy if I shave them? Or they will come out again and mature, even if they are very thin and I shave them? Please, doctors, if you can give me a very complete answer, I would be very thankful!!

Your parents passed on their genes on to you. They gave you the genes for balding or a full head of hair. They gave you the genes for facial hair or no facial hair. There is nothing you can do to grow more beard. Shaving will not increase hair growth.
There is no "one best" ointment. Every doctor has their own post-op cleaning and washing recommendation. Follow the instructions your were given. The redness will take time to resolve.
