Local anesthesia breast lift revision? What kind of revision will fix this? (photo)

11 months ago I had a BL with BA of 330CC under the muscle, high profile. I'm not happy with the shape of my breasts, in specific the left one.I also have zero sideboob and from the side profile, they look rather saggy with no real natural shape or projection.I was told I'll receive a revision under local anesthesia but not what exactly will be done to fix this. I need a second opinion. What kind of revision should be done to fix the shape of my breasts to be rounder, position of nipples better?

Based on your photos, I agree that you would benefit from breast lift with implants. However, the photos you provide as the ones you like are all of primary breast augmentation without breast lift. I would caution using implants that are too large (side boob) when performing a lift with implants...
