Local anesthesia breast lift revision? What kind of revision will fix this? (photo)

11 months ago I had a BL with BA of 330CC under the muscle, high profile. I'm not happy with the shape of my breasts, in specific the left one.I also have zero sideboob and from the side profile, they look rather saggy with no real natural shape or projection.I was told I'll receive a revision under local anesthesia but not what exactly will be done to fix this. I need a second opinion. What kind of revision should be done to fix the shape of my breasts to be rounder, position of nipples better?

What I see is excess skin along the lower part of the breasts, so the revision would involve removal of some skin to adjust the skin envelope. The scar would be along the crease. If you had a vertical pattern (lollipop) lift, then the scar would be new. Many times this can be done under local anesthesia with a quick recovery.

Nipples are not too low. The revision requires removal of skin and fatty tissue along the inferior pole of the breast. It will lengthen you existing scars. It can be done under local. Best wishes.

Thank you for your question and photo. It appears to me that no horizontal component of skin has been removed.  You need to shorten the distance from the nipple to the crease,  A fleur-de-lis pattern in these situations has worked well for me.  Whether or not it can be done under local  is up to you and your surgeon.  Best of luck
