Hi.  There is no magic wand in plastic surgery.  The first thing that everyone should do after pregnancy is to try to lose the weight with diet and exercise.  Celebrities often have the luxury to be able to be very aggressive in this department.  If this doesn't fully correct the issue and you don't want to have a tummy tuck due to the extensive scarring, then using BodyTite or radiofrequency assisted liposuction may be a good alternative since it offers skin tightening and fat reduction without large scars.  Hope that answers your question.  Best of luck!
