Thanks for the question, Its good to know that the body mass index requires are 30 or less. The hemoglobin up to 12. I recommend you to have a personal consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and before the procedure with a clinician to be in perfect state of health. All of these to avoid complications. Kind regards
Hello Lilbookie12,BMI refers to Body Mass Index and it is weight/height relation. You can download an application to calculate it. If you are around 30-35 you might need a tummy tuck with the BBL; if it is below 30 you might be a candidate for only BBL. For a more adequate answer please contact directly a board certificate PS. Best wishes.
Hello, good afternoon. Thanks for your question. The vmi requirements to have any procedure is less than 32, and the hemoglobin levels has to be at least 12.5 to have a safe surgical outcome.
Would NOT recommend having surgery abroad or anywhere you can't follow up easily. What are you going to do if complications arise? You're not saving money by going abroad if you have to pay a local plastic surgeon to takeover your postoperative care, including complications. Postoperative care is just as important as the surgery. The plastic surgeon from the DR should really be the one answering your questions if you are trusting him/her with your one and only body and life. Best of luck.
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. The BMI is the body mass index, it's a relationship between your height and weight. Your family doctor can calculate it for you.Hemoglobin levels for a BBL has to be above 12.0 and healthy in general.I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals and concerns.Good luck :)
BMI refers to body mass index. This compares your height and weight ratio. There are sites you can google that will allow you to plug in your numbers and figure out your BMI. High BMI's often over 30 are thought to increase your risk of complications. Your hemoglobin level is obtained after drawing blood. A low hemoglobin level also puts you at a higher risk.
Since you're choosing to have your surgery in another country you need to rely on the doctors there to help you get set up for your procedure.BMI by itself it's not a good indicator if someone is a candidate either for liposuction or a fat transfer procedure.Liposuction when done correctly including fat transfer should have minimal blood loss.Hemoglobin is a molecule found in red blood cells that transport oxygen.I suggest you forward your questions and concerns to your treating physician.Your her would be the most appropriate person to answer your questions since they will be responsible for your care and be making your medical decisions.I cannot emphasize enough the importance of an in person consultation, postop care, the fact that complications happen much more frequently than people believe and that a substantial number of people will need revision surgery.Relying on real self for pre-and post operative care is not a wise way of approaching surgical procedures.Best,Mats Hagstrom M.D.
Hello, good morning, thanks for your question. Be sure to have surgery with a board certified plastic surgeon, besides that and answering your question, the BMI requirements are below 33. Hemoglobin has to be at least in 12.5 to have safe outcome.
Hello, good afternoon, thanks for your question. This is an important choice, that's good for you to take this important step, besides that you're a good candidate for the procedure, review again if you want to go for a breast lift without implants, and be sure also to contact a board certified...
Thank you for your question. There are no guarantees with surgery. Everything we do has risks and benefits and you have to weigh those. That being said, if you were cleared by a heart specialist for surgery, then it does not get much better than that. You should discuss with your surgeon ahead...
The amount of fat that can be put into each butt cheek will depend on how well your skin accepts the fat. 1050 cc is more than a decent amount and is actually on the higher end of injected volume. Yes, I too have seen the work of surgeons who inject sometimes up to 2 liters per butt cheek. ...
