Looking at your pictures I would not recommend a  lipo suction alone but a tummy  tuck and a BBL because you will end up having a lot of excess skin. Looking at your photos I might say that you´ll be a great candidate to get mommy makeover, this procedure consists on making a back, waist and flanks liposuction, with BBL, tummy tuck and breast lift or breast augmentation, giving you awesome results!

Based on your photos you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL and the breast lift, and i think you'll get very good results. I can't see crearly if you have a tummy tuck, becase it looks like you have the scar of it in the front picture. I know you don't want it but, in a person to person evaluation you'll know if is necessary.About having all the procedures at once will depend on your hemoglobin levels and your health.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

After seen your pics, your abdomen is loose and has a lot of extra skin. Liposuction alone wont work.Have tummytuck  , full back waist liposuction and you fat grafting to butts  for reeally best results.BEST WISHESDr Hernandez PizzoglioDominican Republic

You look like a good candidate for a breast lift. The photos are a bit dark so I can not say for sure if you have enough fat to get the BBL result that you might want.

I believe you are a good candidate for BBL, but you have to be realistic about the nature of procedure.  You need to consult an experienced surgeon, who can realistically tell you the amount of fat to be collected and injected.  That way, you will have more realistic expectation on the result of the procedure.  Often, you may need to do more than once.Best,Alex Kim, MD
