Looking to get Breast Lift but no implants, 360 Lipo, and BBL fat transfer? (Photos)

Question

I am looking for a board certified Surgeon who can perform what i need. I dont want to be in pain more than once I knw most ppl say to get what you want requires more than 1 round BUT thats not what im lookn for I just want to be happy with the body i have so more than 1 round is not needed!! Breat Lift NO implants Lipo and BBL???

Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Looking at your pictures I would not recommend a  lipo suction alone but a tummy  tuck and a BBL because you will end up having a lot of excess skin. Thanks for the photos and provided information as well.
Based on your photos you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL and the breast lift, and i think you'll get very good results. I can't see crearly if you have a tummy tuck, becase it looks like you have the scar of it in the front picture. I know you don't want it but, in a person to person evaluation you'll know if is necessary.About having all the procedures at once will depend on your hemoglobin levels and your health.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

I believe you are a good candidate for BBL, but you have to be realistic about the nature of procedure.  You need to consult an experienced surgeon, who can realistically tell you the amount of fat to be collected and injected.  That way, you will have more realistic expectation on the result of the procedure.  Often, you may need to do more than once.Best,Alex Kim, MD
