I am in my 40s now and appear to be developing female looking breasts. In my 20's and early 30's I lifted a lot of weights. I never took steroids, but I took things to help me get bigger. I have used propecia and rogaine to help with hairloss. I also took several bottles of pueraria mirifica to help with hair loss. Now I look in the mirror and see female breasts

It looks like your right side may have been over resected a little bit.
When that’s the case it can be challenging to restore the removed volume volume.
