Yes it does look like yo need a little more tissue suctioned from your lower right chest area. Start with discussion with your surgeon. Good luck.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It looks like your right side may have been over resected a little bit.

When that’s the case it can be challenging to restore the removed volume volume.

Fat transfer may be an option but in order to be successful will probably take several rounds with three or four sessions.

At this point if your surgeon is not giving you satisfactory treatment options then you’ll need to consider having in person consultations to get a proper second opinion.

To get an accurate assessment you really need to be seen in person.
