Will infrequent alcohol consumption cause gynecomastia to return post-operation?

Question

I have been dealing with minor gynecomastia for several years (am 20 years old). I am scheduled to have the gynecomastia surgery in October. I am going back to college and would like to start drinking again - if I drink once a week, maybe 4-5 drinks, will that cause my gynecomastia to return, or should I limit it to once every two weeks, 4-5 drinks? I otherwise lead a healthy lifestyle (vegan diet, limited exercise - can't wait train due to injuries, but bike and walking).

The cause for gynecomastia is frequently unknown in most cases. Proposed reasons for gynecomastia include anabolic steroids, marijuana, certain prescription medications, liver failure, and certain tumors, among other things. Most gynecomastia cases are some combination of fat and glandular tissue so be mindful of any weight gain from drinking.
