Thanks for the question, you have such a nice change. I hope you are feeling the benefits of making a positive change can bring. It seems as though you may have some persistent swelling which has become some scar tissue, this is normal and settles with time. Best to ask your personal surgeon but I always let my patients get back to exercise at 2 weeks because I personally feel exercise is always a good idea

I recommend following up with your Doctor about their protocol regarding ab work/exercise after liposuction. After hi definition liposuction, I recommend waiting 3-4 weeks before beginning to exercise and to stop if there is any discomfort. You may still have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance.
